Great Product & Even Greater Service

10/10 but only one very small complaint. If you do want to order a custom weighted blanket as a gift for a friend just like I did. I would order it soon rather than later cause it can take a while to arrive(took around 2-3-ish weeks for me). Besides that this product is great! I bought it for my wife as a birthday gift and when she found it in the mail she absolutely loved it. Not only was a custom blanket and gift she wanted for a really long time but she even loved the fact more that it was also weighted. Like I said before this blanket took around 3 weeks to come in for me. Which unfortunately miss my wife’s birthday window. However after emailing them back a few times I was able to get 50% off for my troubles. Like I said before no only is the product great but there custom service was even greater too. The guy (Eric) I email was super nice and very understanding of the situation. Not many business are willing to be as considerate as their business is and for that I give them a personal 10/10.

Impressive Print Quality and Super Soft

As others have said on here, it really is a 10/10 experience. I ordered a custom weighted blanket personalized with pictures of my dog (she's a corgi). Hugs did a great job shipping quickly and I was really impressed with the quality. I've now been snuggling with this beauty for a good week and can confidently say two things:
1. 100% recommended and I will be back for more
2. Jesse (my corgi) is jealous, so I may need to get a second one for her :)

I LOVE my Hugs weighted blanket!

I have been wanting to make a custom weighted blanket for a while and was really excited when I came across Hugs. I uploaded a picture of our family for our personalized blanket to gift to our daughter who is away in college. My daughter absolutely loves her weighted blanket, the quality is really nice. She said it's super soft and the photos printed extremely well. I will definitely be ordering more!
