WRONG ZODIAC AND NO RESPONSE!
I received a Virgo blanket, but ordered a Sagittarius for my daughter. I have contacted the company twice via email as it states for any kind of issues or questions. The second time I have notified the company via email that I will be contacting a lawyer, my third time, instead of the company. I have not received any response on how to exchange the zodiac blankets properly. I have been quite fair in the timeframe, and contact the company the next day after receiving the wrong zodiac blanket. Then I waited another week and a half to contact them again…no response! 30 refund/exchange and it’s rolling into the 22nd day.
I HAVE ALREADY CONTACTED MY LAWYER, AND THEY SAID TO GIVE ANOTHER 2-3 DAYS FROM THE SECOND EMAIL BEFORE WE START WORKING ON THE PROCEEDINGS.
